What are ChemTrails?
The chemtrails theory is a group of theories regarding what are claimed to be unnatural contrails from aircraft. (Contrails are formed by condensation of water vapor in the aircrafts' exhausts.) Chemtrails are some kind of chemical or biological agents being secretly released. As things stand, this currently falls under the category of conspiracy theory.

Are they real?
For the most part, the lines in the sky we see are contrails, but chemtrails are an unfortunate reality. They are thicker than contrails and sometimes remain in the sky for hours after thickening. They appear cloudlike and low in the sky. There have been incidents where airborne aluminum, barium, calcium, magnesium and titanium, and "microscopic fibers" were found as a result of chemtrails. Regardless of denials, this is a fact. Some people say it's part of chemical warfare but in reality, it's a form of clear-cut air pollution and illegal dispersion of wastes. Of course in the future, this type of practice could and may be used as an exotic weapons system for biochemical attack, but the chemtrails we see now are not dispersed for that purpose.


How much do they endanger the average person?
It depends on what type of toxins and pollutants are released and how close one is to the actual dispersion. Each incident is specific in and of itself. Weather and wind conditions also affect how the toxin are spread and received.

Will China attempt to take over Taiwan after the Olympics in 2008?
China may soon be able to take Taiwan by a combination of enticements and threat. That will occur after Taiwanese March 2008 presidential elections. Just as Hitler used the 1936 Berlin Olympics to entrench himself in power, such an event would allow China to bring Taiwan back into the fold. China takes Taiwan back into the fold by "peaceful" means and America can do nothing. China will soon after take over Japanese sea lanes.

China continues to become more powerful but natural world changes and global disasters prevent China from dominating in the way a "super power" could.
Will the Chinese currency be the next dollar?

Report: Ozone Hole May Disappear by 2050

Quite contrary to the claim in this article, I do not see the Ozone hole disappearing by 2050. My vision of the future is that cities and communities were actually domed so the earth's inhabitants would not be hurt by dangerous UV rays and other chemical pollutants.
The National Institute for Environmental Studies is simply speculating about this matter but cannot prove or conjure up concrete research results to verify this claim that the hole in the ozone layer can be restored. It simply cannot and the damage is already done.

TMI: 27 years later

In 1979, I was 13 years old when the nuclear disaster happened at the Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Plant in Middletown, PA. My childhood best friend died of breast cancer just after her 40th birthday. I have Hashimoto's Disease, an auto immune thyroid Disease. My older brother has Cushing disease. I have two cousins who suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome--which I suspect is caused by undetected thyroid disease. Is there a link between people in my generation's illness and what happened in March of 1979? Was the accident much worse than what was reported?

The truest damage from Three Mile Islands Nuclear Plant really happened
2 days after the reported incident. Large uncontrolled amounts of
radiation were undoubtedly released. Only people within approximately a
5 mile radius were asked to evacuate at the time but the radiation did
effect a larger scope of people living around Middletown, PA.
Twenty-five years later, federal research claims indicate that there has
been no significant rise in cancer deaths among residents living near
the Three Mile Island site. This research is completely false. True
claims from a most recent analysis of health statistics in the region
conducted by the Radiation and Public Health Project has, however, found
that death rates for infants, children, and the elderly soared in the
first two years after the Three Mile Island accident in Dauphin and
surrounding counties. The information that those only within a 5 mile radius of the plant would be at risk were simply untrue.
Many, many people in Dauphin County have experienced long term effects as a result of this accident.
It is my belief that for many people exposed to these large doses of
radiation, adrenal related disorders and the even growth of malignant
tumors became more likely. It is clear that your exposure to radiation as a youngster made you and your family/friends more vulnerable to the illnesses you described in your question.

The Cause of Mental Illness

My friend and I have a disagreement about the causes of such mental illnesses as anxiety, depression and bipolar. She says claims that no one should take an antidepressant but rather should get lost in some kind of creative process. It's really your soul longing to express its self. I on the other hand do beleive that some caues of depression and anxiety can be caused by not doing the work your soul was meant to do, but I also feel that it can be caused by a chemical imbalance. I don't think antidepressants are the answer, but excerise and proper nutrition to get you stable and then doing your soul's work. Helane, what are your thoughts?

Just as there are over 256 ways to wash dishes, no method being right or wrong, there is also more than one way to manage mental illness. As conditions and degrees in patients with mental illness vary drastically, what is to be considered proper care for one individual simply may not work with another.

With that said, it is my truest belief that medication for those in need is always proper when the recipient is in harmony with and willingly accepts that type of treatment. Those grappling with issues of Mental illness whose belief systems allow the use of pharmaceutical medication to be of assistance in managing the condition are helped by it. For many grappling with mental illness, thinking positive is next to impossible and asking someone in the throws of depression to exercise and eat right is not a realistic solution because the perception of the souls purpose is so badly distorted.

In many cases, social pressures and individual judgments prevent those in need of medical relief from accepting it. All chronic depressions become somewhat "Chemical". The emotions that feed depression will impact the brain's chemical balance. People who have bitterness, resentment, chronic low lying anger issues, are always more prone to depression, because those things can deplete Serotonin. This generally means that many people with depression will need medications for a time because prolonged depression impacts the chemicals in the brain.

I am not in favor of long term mind altering medication to dull the senses. I do, however, believe when someone feels relief from anguish and pain as a result of receiving endorphin boosts and they subsequently become productive and able to fulfill their life's work, medication is a good choice.

Without safeguard laws, Iran seeks to develop an atomic device that would definetely not be used for the common good. As unfair as it sounds to some, the right to conduct snap investigations of Iranian nuclear facilities is proper. Iranians are working to develop new technology to be used against Western countries and other Middle Eastern enemies.

There is a lot of speculation that La Palma (Canary Islands) is going to collapse

There is significant concern about The Canary Islands being at risk because one flank of the Cumbre Vieja volcano on the island of La Palma, in the Canaries, is unstable and could plunge into the ocean during the volcano's next eruption. As my eye is drawn to this area as a result of your question, this collapse of land into the water will create a tidal wave well over a thousand feet tall. Indeed this is quite a serious issue as public buildings near the Thames; The Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Canary Wharf, Buckingham Palace, The Tower of London, and the South Bank are only a few of the many London landmarks that would be severely damaged, as indeed would the entire City of London.
I do not see this tsunami happening until after 2009. Other earth changing events of great magnitude occur prior to this extreme event.

So was our government involved with the Sept. 11th attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon?

Answer:
Our government was not involved in the September 11th attacks as they did not wish for this to happen to many innocent civilians. They did, however, receive ample warning that such an event was to take place. Our own secret service was very well informed. Terrorist groups made threats sharing they were to soon attack on the anniversary of a neglected treaty and slight against the Palestinians. One of the threatening Bin Ladin tapes in the hands of our own National Security Dept that was made prior to 9/11 was actually made public to the American people quite recently with additional current information spliced in. Our government did not cause the terrorist activity on 9/11, but failed to warn or protect it's people when they knew there was a huge risk of attack.

Next big leap in Energy

Eighteen months ago, I had the foresight to purchase a diesel engine car in order to run it on biodiesel. Here in Pennsylvania, our Governor wants to once again have Pennsylvania be the leader in Energy. The first oil well in the world was drilled in Titusville, PA (near Erie) and we have a rich history of being the leader in coal and steel. I know that biodiesel and ethanol are only stop-gap, energy solutions until the next discovery/invention takes place for our transportation needs. What will it be? Hydrogen? What country will be the leader in this energy revolution? Will we have help from our friends the extra terrestrials?

Answer
No doubt Diesels have economies of scale on their side. Many people even seem prefer a Diesel to a hybrid due to the fact the system is less complicated and it's tried and true technology, but just as you said, running our cars on biodiesel and ethanol to conserve are only a stop-gap.

Many expect Hydrogen Fuel to be the next clean and secure energy source of the Future .
I do not see this happening anytime soon because Hydrogen is four times as expensive to produce as gasoline and Hydrogen storage systems are now inadequate for use in the wide range of vehicles that consumers demand. Certainly new technology is needed and it's development will take some time.

Coming on the sooner side, before we can expect to see cars fueled by hydrogen, my eye is drawn to the many countries that are looking to the natural elements as a source of energy and electicity. I view Wind to be the fastest growing source of electricity in the world. As the country's fast economic development demands more electricity, and the world moves towards renewable resources, it is China who is looking at wind as an energy source.
China is now taking measures to promote commercial development of wind energy use and to encourage the establishment of wind electricity plants. Germany and the United States are also attempting to install thousands of megawatts of wind power as well. Favorable incentive policies for wind power development from the US government is up and coming.

Extra terrestrials will not help us as we grapple with this fuel crisis. In the future, they will help us in finding the answers about how to survive in a changing world. Extra terrestrials will teach us how to utilize our environment to the fullest and tap into the natural resources we will need without destroying eco-systems.

A Board of Nations will be formed to promote peace and create harmonious relations between the nations of the world. Bill Clinton will not lead it but most definitely will be involved. Jimmy Carter may be ailing or no longer be alive when it is actually created because as the group is developed, Jimmy Carter is honored for his lifetime achievements. Leaders of many nations play a role in it's formation and development of individual committee's within the structure of it's organization. The US is involved, but not in charge by any means. African, Middle Eastern, South American, European, Indonesian, and Far eastern nations are very well represented also.

So is Osama Bin Ladin dead? Was the lastest tape released by Bin Ladin actually created by our own government to continue the support for the war efforts in Iraq?

Answer:
Yes, Osama Bin Ladin is dead and has been for quite sometime. It is my feeling that he died of kidney failure as he was in hiding because he was unable to seek medical attention. Both AlQaeda and the US government would like people to believe that Osama is still alive and a force to be feared. In the past 6 months, two different tapes were brought to the forefront. Both tapes were supposedly of Bin Ladin in recent days making threats in an attempt to frighten the western nations that terrorists abhor. One was taped by Bin Ladin prior to 9/11 and pieces were spliced in to make it seem current. The first tape was doctored and released by our very own government. The second tape was an Al Qeida creation released by terrorist allies.
